RefreshWeb has looked out for my business for over 10 years with great results and top rankings. Part of that is writing content that speaks to prospective clients, and at the same time, it’s clear that Google really likes the website…which is what SEO is all about. As the rules for local search and map listings have changed, RefreshWeb has always been proactive about updating business information, so my business is right there at the top of the search results. We’re now working on a new site, with a team RefreshWeb assembled and is managing. Obviously, at the top of my list is that we maintain our rankings…as a business owner, I’m grateful for having an experienced partner to work with, who I know will take care of all the details. I called and spoke to John for just a few minutes. My company is a start up and not ready for this level of service, but in those few minutes John gave me very solid direction and advice. I really appreciated him doing that. With just a few minutes on the phone and him being honest, that is better that I had with anyone else. Solid and honest company as far as I am concerned.

I was hired to perform an audit of four of our SEO contractors. We used the google sep "basics" starter guide online as a benchmark, Refreshweb had done little but change the titles of our web pages. Refreshweb technically did honor the master contract, worded vaguely as a "best effort." But they were unwilling to sign a service level contract to continue the relationship. We switched to a competitor who finished the work in a third the time for a third the cost. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because John did have good advice for best practices, but was unable to provide an actual checklist of past work they had done.

RefreshWeb has always been available to help on the smallest projects (like helping keyword blog posts) to larger campaigns. Our company has a complex and ever-changing marketing strategy, but John keeps us in the top search results regardless of what direction we go.He's also always on the cutting edge of SEO and often brings us opportunities as new tech is released (LinkedIn sponsored posts etc).
