What was the best part of the experience?
The way everything was explained and outlined was very impressive. Amongst their competitors this was the most attractive because it made us feel like they really listened to what we needed and put together a plan to help us.
What would you change about the experience?
There's not a lot that I can say about changing anything, but if I had to say something it would be that it did take us some time to put together a plan that would work for us. They did a lot of research and ultimately this was the reason we chose their company in the first place because the plan was extensive.
