There are signs that say no Overnight parking, so the yard guy might tell You to leave, he wasn’t happy with me being there even though theres plenty of room to park. My appointment was at 10am and they gave me a door at 7am and was empty at 8:30am. They don’t take credit card/cash as a form of payment for lumper service. Only Checks.

Incompetence really shines with lumper service (capstone). Comdata was supposedly down couldn't use com-check. Pocket full of cash, 5 credit cards, personal check, all kinds of ways to pay but still had to drop trailer and go get a money order. Got held up half a day over $124. We should start charging you a inconvenience fee like ya'll do.

Why 3 stars?1- The ladies at the deck were nice.2- The gentlemen who handles the Unload (Lumper) was fast and as friendly as I would expect.3- even though I was there for awhile they were still fast. Your just waiting on count & paperwork.2 Negatives1- The yard jockey was rude, for some reason he had an attitude while sitting at the entrance in his truck.2- THAT YARD IS NOT BUILT FOR SEMI TRUCKS!!! Why have a yard jockey and he doesn't do anything. It's made for getting in and out smoothly. Clearly this place was built for BOXED TRUCKS with a few doors designed for tractor trailers..

Give less the one star if I could appt. 10am arrive 1 hr early and almost 5 hrs later still sitting here in a door and they haven’t touch my trailer in hours or called to say they are done. Even though I already paid lumpers 1 hr ago. You come here bring your lunch and good book you will be here a long time. Worst Reinhart I have ever delivered to in 30 yrs out here!!!

The unload times here are a joke due to Capstone. Why can't they count the product as they're taking the pallets off the trailer? Do I really need to sit here for another two or three hours after my trailer is empty while they break down each pallet and stack it on other pallets to be loaded later in the day on other trucks? At the very least they could notify you when your trailer is empty so you can shut your reefer off. Come on Capstone get it together, counted as you pull it off and worried about breaking it down and restocking it after you've already gotten the driver out of the door. You guys get paid hourly, drivers get paid by the mile and sitting around for no reason takes money out of our pockets.
