The reason I am giving Reliable 1star is not because I am upset or trying to bash this company, but because I WANT TO TELL THE TRUTH!! I want future applicants to know how unprofessional, unorganized, and unfair the workplace is. There is much favoritism, and I personally encountered a verbal altercation between a person in higher position and an employee that almost ended physically and neither of them were terminated! I was fired due to "attendance." On most occasion I left due to illness. There are several employees who still have their jobs and have been out or late far more times than I. The supervisor fired me over the phone! Rules are only enforced to certain employees, and employee well being is not as important as it should be. I along with my coworkers have been yelled at by the supervisor as if we were children for something we were not informed of. There are no people skills and I've never worked anywhere so mediocre.
