Sent money to the Philippines through RemitBee April 21, and until now my mother still has not received it. The lady from customer service kept telling me that she will receive the money tomorrow, blah blah and my mom had gone to the remittance center 4 to 5 times only to be told that the money is not there yet. Travel time to the remittance is 1 hr plus. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone if they want a reliable and fast service. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD TELL ME THAT THE MONEY IS AVAILABLE WHEN IT IS NOT THE CASE..IF YOU ARE SENDING MONEY TO THE PHILS, DO NOT SEND MONEY USING REMITBEE..THEY ASKED ME TO CALL 4057331 and speak to someonem YOU CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DO THIS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE PROVIDING SERVICES..I SENT THE MONEY OCT 08 AND IT IS OCT 16 NOW..DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED..I WILL WAIT FOR REMITBEES EXCUSE THIS TIME
