After calling countless garage door companies that wanted an outrageous amount of money to fix a cargo trailer door, I called Renner and I’m SO glad we did! They were professional, courteous and did the job for half the price of “the other guys”! Definitely recommend!!

Very happy with my garage door repair service. The technician fixed what was broken without selling me unnecessary parts, and serviced the motor while he was at it, so it's in better shape now than before we broke it!

When the circuit boards on our garage doors were fried in a lighting storm, the builder of our house called Renner asked for a quote. Renner knew that we'd be the ones paying for it and told our builder a quote ($75/circuit board and $75 for labor). However, when we got the bill, they charged $90/circuit board and $105 for labor as well as a few other charges. Instead of $225, the bill was $329.45. My husband called and talked with them, but they wouldn't budge at all. She said what we were charged was fair. In fact, she even said since they had to send out to 2 repair men, we should have been charged more. (In reference to that, their man arrived hours late without calling to inform us and then didn't bring all the supplies he needed. He knew exactly what he'd have to do since our builder explained everything that was wrong over the phone. Then when the 2nd person came out the next day, he didn't know exactly what the 1st person did and I kept having to ask him questions.) I'm so frustrated that this company won't be honest and honor their original quote.

This company was amazing to work with!! They installed a single garage door at CARE's Closet Thrift Store for CARE Animal Rescue. The process was flawless, very quick installation, every employee I had contact with was very helpful and courteous and we love being able to use our garage door now to accept donations from our dock! I highly recommend them if you need new garage doors... I also must mention the garage door, installtion and the complete process was DONATED!! Thank you Thank you Renner Supply!!

worst service i could ever imagine. as a business owner if there is a problem you want to know about it. I called two times asking for the general manager or the owner and couldn't get either one. I own a car dealership and they installed a overhead door that would go up or down automatically well it went down automatically alright on a customers vehicle. I just can't image not calling someone back after something like that happened but thats what you get when you do business with this company.
