This company is almost 3 times higher than their competitors. I canceled pick up from them when i relocated found out a month later they had not pick up my can on the canceled date we agreed on and was charged an extra month and a 17 dollar cancelation fee. Funny thing same thing happened to my father inlaw waited a month to pick up can and was also charged an extra month. Stay away from these crooks

This service was far more expensive than their competitors. They cancelled contracts in my area and then charged me money to pickup the trash can. Customer service was argumentative and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for garbage service before using this company.

Unbelievably terrible service. They changed our pickup without notifying us but wanting to charge the same price. After reaching out to them 8 times, I finally asked for a supervisor. She was rude and condescending. I'm done** Update** I've now begun to work with another supervisor who has started to resolve our issues. First, the full dumpster was replaced with an empty unit. Second, I'm now on a four rotation with an amazing driver. Next she is addressing the people who've mistreated me. And finally she is reevaluating my bill.

We recently moved and naturally had to change all of our utilities. This was the only company with which we were extremely displeased. They failed to start our service on the right day, and when I called their only solution was to tell me that they would be there the following week. They also missed service again several weeks later, and when I called, they could only say that someone should have come. I don't generally leave negative reviews, because I understand that mistakes can be made and most companies will do what they can to make it right when that happens. But I'm leaving this review because this company on two separate occasions seemed not to care when they failed a customer. There are other options in the area.

Great service but most expensive in area! After the several fees they charge it's like $100 every three month! A1 trash is $51 every three and they take extra bags outside of can!!!
