Through my company RevenueJump I've been working with Reputation X for a couple of years now. Because of this, I've seen some of their "behind the scenes" and can really appreciate what they do for their clients. Reputation management is a tough line of work, but I see the success stories from a third-party point of view. Not only is it a great company, and they provide great services, their people are also great! I would have no qualms about referring them to any of our clients.
