They only got 5 stars from me so this would be seen the lady who answered the phone is rude she answered said "dynata" I asked "are there any studies availiable today?" She only said "no." Then before I said anything she hung up on me.

The receptionist is really rude and just hung up on us when we called and asked a question. They should really think into some employee training or hiring people who actually have customer service skills.
