As a commercial broker our transactions often are complex and unique. I cannot think of a single time in the last 5 years that Resolutions has been unable to resolve something that has come up. Rather than a vendor, I think of them much more as a partner. They are invaluable in my ability to get the transaction done and accomplish my clients goals.

There is simply no reason to use this title company. Utterly and completely incompetent and down-right rude. These people don't even pretend to care how much of your money or time their failure to communicate costs. Using this title company is a mistake.
