After 7 months of working with them Google came out with Penguin and they didn't give us any head's up. Other than wanting to get us ranking as quickly as possible, they did not prepare us for the long run. Any past work from previous SEO company was not addressed and was and is continuing to weigh us down. They only are concerned with getting us ranking and not the overall impression of our company and brand.
