I had some fairly complicated email and calendar porting and integration issues and Michael from RESULTS Technology took care of my issues quickly. In the occasions that I have had to interact with the staff at Results it has always been easy and efficient and builds a strong confidence that if I have any issues they will be dealt with professionally and I'll be back to work with a minimum of interruption. Great Team!

Update:After posting my original review, I was contacted by a woman with this company who threatened to “ruin my life” if I didn’t delete this review. I asked if she was extorting me and she replied. “Of course!”Is this the type of skin-thinned, unprofessional, and immoral business that you want to work with?Original:My experience has convinced me that this is a dishonest and incompetent company with unprofessional leadership that are way over their heads when it comes to technology. They don’t understand how to deal with people and also don’t understand how to properly deploy technology. They seem to believe that humans are superfluous and that technology can be set to automatic out of the box without customization and let it run the company for them.

I have no complaints! Results Technology treats me/us like their only client and gets to us quickly and keeps me/us posted on I.T. issues that may take longer than usual and more than not, it is on our end. Have a "family-like" relationship and understanding that we are not their only customer and I/we respect their "priority statis regiment".

My company uses RESULTS Technology for our tech support and I've been able to call on them from time to time when my computer is malfunctioning. RESULTS is always able to troubleshoot my issues and fix the problem in a very timely manner. On all of my interactions with RESULTS, they have been extremely professional and kind. I give RESULTS a thumbs up for IT support.

Results Technology takes care of our computer support in a very timely manner. They come on-site regularly and speak with everyone here to see if there are any computer issues they can resolve at that time. Marty has been very attentive and responsive to our needs.
