I have participated in a focus group in my home town in North Dakota. Two research employees came and did a few activities to gather info on a regional health related company. They were very polite, and it was all opinion based so wasn't stressful at all. we met shortly after 5pm. They gave us sandwiches and chips to eat. All went well no surprises, pretty easy.

I only get calls once or twice a year, but never a bad experience. Doesn't feel like work, meeting people and a few laughs. Fast and friendly!
