ALL of the footage from my wedding was lost. Furthermore, the issue was handled in a VERY unprofessional way, and I feel that I was not treated like a valued customer. I was told by email in November that my early August wedding footage was unable to be located. I have come to find that this is not the first time that something like this has happened with this company from multiple sources
