I really cant recommend these guys enough. Went in to get my MOBO BIOS updated, and to have windows/drivers installed. The guys were super nice, and knew exactly what I meant and what needed to be done (most places I called didnt even know what I mean about a BIOS update). They charged about half the price of their competition, were extremely helpful, and got me in and out within a few days. I would recommend this place for less experienced PC builders too, because just from our chat I could tell these weren't the kind of guys to upsell you or try to confuse you. They really care about educating and helping their customer, unlike most local shops. Again, cant recommend this place enough, theyll be the first I call if any trouble arises.

The best repair shop in town by far. I’ve had experiences with other phone and computer repair stores in the area before and I have usually left frustrated by either the high prices or the lack of customer service. Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I’ve received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what’s going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I’ve gotten at other stores. They’re also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you.I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they’d charge me $80+ to do the same fix. I’m a big fan of this place and will be going to Revival for my future repair needs from now on.

Scott is the best. Stopped in to drop my daughter phone in for a cracked screen and it will be ready next day! These guys are good. Seriously recommend them to anyone for phone or computer repair. They have my business for life.

Went to revival tech today..had cracked screen on my phone.. They hooked me up same day..full disclosure I had replacement screen already but the owner Scott...kept it 100 with me so any future tech issues I have they will b my first stop

Its great to see a computer service repair company in Rockford that actually cares about your computer vs. how much money is made. Extremely highly recommended.
