Customer service is slow and response time to my requests as a customer is terrible. The accounting department acknowledges that they had our check and lost it. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience with this organization!

As the Communications & Public Information Officer for a 15,000 resident township in central New Jersey, I deal with dozens of vendors every year and I have yet to come across a smarter, more accommodating, efficient and professionally courteous company as Revize. They entered our sphere in 2015 as we were in the process of rebuilding our dated & tired website; even their online presentation via 'GoTo Meeting' before meeting face to face was a home run and they easily won the bid. From page design selection, to content migration to a non-pressurized sales approach and 1st rate technical support - both via its online portal and over the phone - we could not be happier with our choice. The Township is entering our fifth year with Revize and we have no plans to look anywhere else for our website needs any time soon.

The City of Pittsfield has used Revize for years for all of our website needs. Revize worked closely with us on our website redesign, and they were extremely professional and helpful with the redesign. For a municipality such as ours, Revize brought to the table the knowledge and foresight of what our website needed to meet government requirements and standards and to be mobile friendly and ADA compliant. Joe Nagrant from Revize shepherded us through the project and the migration went smooth as silk! Revize makes it easy for webmasters to update and maintain our website. The City of Pittsfield is proud to have Revize as a partner. I would highly recommend them!

Our site for Alpha Borough has been live for almost a year now with Revize. The training they provided was very in depth and allowed us to immediately go in and start to make changes as we needed. They were great with knowing what our needs were for our website by listening, asking detailed probing questions and then rendering our vision. I could not have asked for better support from the team at Revize, they were always there to answer questions whenever they came up. I HIGHLY recommend Revize for anyone in government considering a new website or web redesign! Particular thanks to Dylan who was with us through this journey and still stands ready to respond whenever we have any questions. Thanks Revize. You guys rock!

Awful company in all facets. Find anyone else to build your website and email service. We spent $1,500 and ended up junking it and going with an individual who ended up creating a wonderful site for less half. They are a basic template driven company and once you purchase you get a four hour rambling administrator on the phone as your training. Then they just canceled our email service without notice.

Literal months have gone by for multiple emails requesting support with no response, let alone a resolution. Save your city thousands and go with someone else. Literally anyone can make a good looking site for your city or small business (Wix, WordPress, etc), at 1% the cost of this "market leader". Now we're locked in a 5-year contract with a website that doesn't work as described, and with a laundry list of problems ranging from bugs to full-blown security issues.

Switching the website for Somerton, Arizona over to Revize has been such an easy process. Our previous company was not very user-friendly when it came to making changes to the website, but with Revize it is super simple. Their Content Management System (CMS) is wonderful for non-technical people making edits to the site on the fly. Tech support was always there when we needed help, even after regular work hours. We are glad to have gone with Revize and recommend you do as well!
