I am very happy with the service I received from RGM Watches for the repair of my Fortis Cosmonauts watch. It had condensation under the crystal from faulty gaskets at Fortis. RGM through Vicki explained what was wrong and what the remedy is and it's cost. Consummate professionals. My watch has performed flawlessly since I got it back. It even runs at +/-1 second a day. I couldn't be happier with the service.
