I called to inquire about a package that was there and about to be delivered to a wrong address (I put the wrong label on a package). The woman who answered the phone was so helpful. She even tried to track me down and find my phone number. And my package was eventually delivered to the correct address. I was so surprised bc where I live in NJ the post office workers are not too helpful and rarely does anyone even pick up the phone. So thankful for this nice lady !

My package which was aboard from Korea was supposed to deliver today. But no one came. I checked tracking situation, It say It is unsuccessful delivery. So I visited this postal service center and they solved my problem at once! The post officer said they will come to deliver my package again ASAP. That's such a relief thing!

Michelle and Mike are the friendliest most helpful staff. Steve is nice as well. I usually come in the morning before work and always have good experiences. I don’t know why there are so many one star reviews. Maybe the lines are longer at other times of the day? I have noticed at times that they have only one person working at the desk, which seems strange. Still the desk staff do their very best to keep everybody happy.

Over the last few months 3 items weren't delivered and been lost. Those items were 2 regular paycheck letters, and one big envelope.
