Overall Feedback:

I have been fortunate to work with Richard over the past 8 years and it is precisely that which I value most: the relationship. There will always be another agency that's bigger, cheaper or nastier to work with but Richard and his team consistently deliver excellent work with a human touch. Richard and his studio are driven by the net impact their work product will have in the market for my business instead of how much profit he can make off me and it shows.If I had to say something only slightly less flattering, it's that we end up spending a lot of time discussing how proud he is of the various other projects his studio is working on. But then again, I'm pleased to think my business falls within that same circle of work which he's proud of and which he is sharing with his other clients.Here's to the next 8 years.
