I was there for an interview and after 15 mins of normal discussion I was asked to make a list of things that can be done if sales are not happening which I think is something that should be discussed with a hired employee who has well settled into the role and is getting PAID to do it. I think they think I'm someone who they can manipulate and use without paying anything and also wanted to include extra responsibilities unofficially like data mining which is something that should be done by a whole different team entirely and not the sales person itself. And after demanding everything this guy could possibly drain from me shamelessly said "I am not giving you any surety". So at that point I left. I am assuming people who are working here are doing this because there's very little employment opportunities available in this city already or they have no sense of self worth or self respect whasoever.
