Feedback:

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THIS AUCTION . I HAVE BOUGHT EQUIPMENT THAT GOT STOLEN FROM THEIR YARD. THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER EQUIPMENT OR EVEN CALL AND APOLOGIZE . TO REACH OUT THEIR STAFF FROM THE MANAGEMENT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE , AND NOT TO MENTION THEY NEVER RETURN CALLSAFTER I PAID AND SEND A DRIVER TO DRIVE 500 MILES TO GET THE EQUIPMENT ,THEY SIMPLY TOLD HIM THAT IT GOT STOLEN, LIKE IT SUPPOSED TO BESTAY AWAY! SCAM!

Feedback:

The worse Ritchie Bros I've ever been to. I can't believe they let their employees treat customers like that. Disrespectful, rude, uninformed employees make the whole company look bad.

Feedback:

I bought a truck there and started a heavy equipment repair company that basically requires the use of the truck in order to be in business. The truck has an issue with the title that prevents it from being transferred into my name and prevents it from being registered. I called several times trying to get ahold of someone to try and figure out what is going on with it. After leaving a couple messages I finally got a hold of the lady in charge of titling there a week before my temporary plates expired. She told me the dmv put a stop on the VIN and it should be taken care of within 2 weeks. I asked if I could get new temporary plates as mine would expire prior to the 2 weeks. She said she would find out and call me back, she never did. The two weeks came and went with no communication from RB, and no responses to my messages. I got a call from someone from that I think is in the finance department in Canada wanting to talk about the truck. The bank they used to finance it called her asking about the title since they hadn't recieved it yet. She called the auction house here and found out that I can't register the truck. This is when I found out that the (VLT) stop was put on the VIN 2 days prior to me posting for and picking up the truck. I called and left a couple more messages with the titling department here with no response. I finally got a hold of her on another call that I initiated where she basically said it's not their problem and washed their hands of it, even though the stop was put on the truck prior to me buying it. So now I'm paying on a truck that I can't drive, don't own and can't sell. I can't use it for my business, which pretty much puts me out of business before I could make enough money to pay for starting the business.
