Ryan was a great videographer to work with. His process was low key, but he was very attentive and flexible, making it low stress for me. I hired him because I knew he had done my friend's wedding and their highlight video turned out great. When I got my video, I was just as happy with the end result. Not only that, but Ryan was very pleasant and willing to help us find solutions when we encountered some issues playing the disc he sent us in the mail. He sent us a replacement disc right away, even offering us the option of BluRay or DVD. Even more than that, when we received our BluRay and realized it would not play on our player, he offered to send us a DVD as well. Overall, I'm very happy with the service he provided and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great videographer at a reasonable price!
