Client Review on RK Packers and Movers

Feedback:

Booked household goods from Hyderabad to Kolkata on full truck basis. However, they changed vehicle and matetials were stacked in random manner. We paid insurance amount also. One item was fully damaged as witnessed by their delivery persons. They took photos and informed us to claim insurance. For last one week we had been following up but they refuse to take any call. I doubt if they really insure the goods or simply pocket the amount. Do not trust these unprofessional carriers.
