Horrible. Was interested in a particular retail location in Brooklyn, and from the start I've been played games with. They sent me an offer, I countered, back and fourth, until I accepted, and made me wait 1 whole month + and kept saying "just wait, we sent it to the landlord". A month later they say it's not available. I should have been told this in the beginning, and I shouldnt even have to wait one month + to lease out a 500 SQFT location. Horrible and a waste of time if you're looking for a space. Look elsewhere. And if you are a landlord using their service, I feel bad for you
