I have had five packages in the last year delivered to random addresses near me or not at all, every time I go in to the office to make an inquiry about my packages the woman at the desk treats me like I am as incompetent as she is and credits the mis-delivery to “weekend carriers” as if that makes it better or gets my package back

Worst mail carriers ALIVE!! Learn how to teach your employees to CLOSE mailboxes flaps (ON LAKE MICHIGAN DRIVE ROAD)!! I have pictures of how soaking wet and snowy my mail was the past weeks!! Are they that lazy to secure mailboxes so our mail does not get wet and ruined??? Geez!!

My experiences here have always been very pleasant. Maybe it is because I go during the day when it isn't very busy. I'm not sure. One time the courteous lady behind the counter even helped me out for 5 minutes (nobody else in line), explaining to me which types of USPS services were appropriate for which weights and sizes to help best meet my future mailing needs.
