7 unauthorized charges at $350 and counting. Unauthorized charges again. Ok, we did this dance same last month. I informed you that I was overcharged again. Last month I had hoped that it was an oversight. However, now it is clear that this is a scam wrapped in a con sprinkled with fake customer service. If you had values of Honesty, Integrity, and Quality you would refund me and apologies. Talk to you soon. Make it a great day. John

Unauthorized charge of $ 9.95 on my Mastercard for 2 years 3 months, account ending 1036, since my wife,Harriet Hewitt, died. I do not know or want to know what it is, but I want it to stop now. An attempt to send an email to the company came back that this was not working. Telephone attempts also unsuccessful.

This is a fraudulent company. They charged my card unauthorized. They did not return my initial phone call and message inquiring about the charges. Complete scam. Thankful to American Express for helping me sort out this mess.

Bogus company. Charged my account fraudulently. Report them immediately. They will charge a small amount on your account so you don't even notice it. But it will go on forever if you don't catch it.
