I had a wonderful experience with RL INFOCOMM PVT. LTD. , they have a team of great professionals with strong programming sound and strong skills, they are very helpful and always ready to coordinate and very up to date. I got my multi-vendor E-Commerce project that beautifully finished and i continue to work my next Apps project with them and I satisfied with their working process.

One of the worst company in Durgapur ,, director is just a puppet of one of his employee Ram Chakroborty who is good for nothing. They have a tendency not to give money to their ex employee and show them that they are facing loss. Even they are not providing salary to their existing employee for last 3months. Sales team is absolutely zero and same as the development team. Not able to finish project on time and expecting profit. Present HR miss Payel is also useless and don't know how to work in a office.

I had been working at RL Infocomm for less than an year now and this is my honest review.Salary is never on time, infact for last few months we are getting nothing. The company owner has only one thing to say that next month onwards everything will be fine and this he is saying for the last three months.The main problem of RL Infocomm is its lack of analysing the qualities of the employees. Ram Prasad Chakraborty, the so called Project Manager doesn't even know how to open a simple mail, can't convert a simple word file to PDF and also doesn't have any idea how to work out a simple project.Then there is Proloyjit Ghosh, the marketing guy who makes fake promises to bring lots of projects but eventually fails.The only able person there is Mr Sujit Kar, who knows his stuffs and works perfectly well and probably the only employee who have the capablities of changing this company's future.So the only way I see to change the company's downfall situation is to take necessary actions on the useless people like Ram Prasad Chakraborty and rather focus on Sujit Kar, and expand his team, so that he can contribute to the company's betterment.And I would delete my review only when the company clears our due salaries all the employees who have left recently or few months ago.

It is good to take RL Infocomm as a startup because there are lots of opportunities to learn as a fresher. Whenever any employee faces any problem, the HR manager and the seniors are always there for help without any hesitation.
