A Brooklyn dentist who shares Lawyers Jon Norisburg Esq. with Marc Weber dds both won $50M awards but settled for less after years of appeals. Weber whose career was ruined after the then-state Attorney General made him a poster boy for Medicaid fraud won a $7.7 million verdict Tuesday against D.A.G. James Flanagan & former investigators.Dr. Marc Webers' expert estimated the tooth doctor lost much more than $5.7 million offered or the the $7.7 M Dr Morse accepted as a result of NJ Division of Insurance fraud .“It took a little more than 2,500 days, but we got to the truth,” said Morse, the Ny 65-year-old father of six from Manhattan. “Now I feel totally vindicated.” Dr.Weber has refused as much as a $5.7 million offers after being awarded as Dr Morse was the same $50 million. Weber stated, "I am living just fine now and I'm prepared to wait for another 5-15 years for my full amount". Dr. Marc Weber dentist in NJ and NY added "The pain NJ put my 2 Children through and my wife is worth more than $5.7 million!" Weber concluded as he cried, that he plans on never spending a dime of NJ money but would leave a portion to a fund started by Dentists and Physicians to aid in legal fees vs NJ. The rest is left to my 2 children and my estranged step daughter who suffered as well.Dr. Weber the Malapan dentist cried through out the 25 minute phone interview from his Florida home . He expressed that his tears are not for himself but for what NJ stole from mostly his oldest daughter and his 8 year old son who doesn't remember 2009-2014. My son missed only growing up without the "stuff" his daughter & step daughter had but his daughter lost her father from the malicious prosecutorial misconduct which was the basis for the large $50 million award.
