(This is my wife's story) I need to tell you what a joyful experience I had today. I needed a sewing pattern printed because my printing at home went wrong. I called, they could do it same day. Ding! Black&White quotes were provided along with Color, and the difference was about $30. Here comes the awesome part! Because these were pattern prints that were color coordinated based on the sizes, Keane at this location saw how the black&white would not have been useful for differentiating the sizes, so he printed them in color at the B&W price. Ding Ding Ding! What a savior!
