My family hired Roland to take photos and videotape my parent's milestone anniversary party. We were not happy with either the quality of his pictures nor the amateur video he shot which consisted primarily - no lie - of people's waists!! He also left the event 30 minutes early without telling anyone. As soon as we gave him the check for the balance, he took off and as a result, he missed capturing some incredible final moments at the party that we wish we had. In hindsight, it would have been well worth the money to spend another $500-$1,000 to hire a true professional to handle the recording of our special day. You get what you pay for.
