I was told buying a house can be a little stressful but never would've thought it'd be this bad. I had reached out about having Ronald Ragon build my first home and Ronny was great. I felt like he had my best interest at heart, picked out a floor plan and even picked out a lot. This all happen in the fall of 2018 and he said they wouldn't start on my house till the summer of 2019 (in which I was fine with.) He mentioned it could be a little longer than that depending on how good or bad of a winter we would have. The winter wasn't as bad and I waited patiently till March of 2019. I had shot a text to reconnect and get some sort of timeline on the plans we have made; no reply. I tried again the month after that and still nothing. May came along and I called left a VM to call me back; once again nothing. I finally decided to message their Van Buren office here on facebook and they assured me Ronny would reach out to me as he was busy with life and I said cool that's fine. That was on May 17, 2019. I still have yet to hear back from Ronny..

Best home building experience ever!! Ragon was very open to customizing the drawings of the home exactly how I wanted it. Bedroom walls were all pushed out two feet to adequately accommodate my furniture. Ceilings were raised from eight and nine feet to nine and ten feet per my request. Obtained a building loan which took about six weeks start to finish, and the day after it closed, the footings were dug and poured. Took four months from start to completion. Everything is perfect and I am very proud of my new home. I highly recommend RonaldRagonRealty to build your new home!!! Their slogan is Affordable Luxury - it is true!!

Applied for the loan in late February was told that everything looks great and there is no reason I should not get approved. She told me that we should here back at the end of March and that if we don't hear back then she would personally bug them about our application until they look at it. The end of march came and we had not heard anything. My husband called to check in and she said she would get a hold of them to find out and call us back. Another week went by so we asked again she said they haven't got to it yet it'll be a few more weeks.another month went by we called her again she said that they had a lot of applications to go through that she will call them and see if they got to ours yet. We waited a week she never called, we texted she said again it'll be another month before they get to you. Next month rolls around still nothing... We texted her she told us that it would be the end of June before we hear back. July rolled around we called she said "because it took so long for you to get your application in (it only took maybe a week) there isn't enough money to approve you right now you will have to wait." The next week she called and said they need my husband to come sign some paper work, he asked if this means we are close to getting an answer she said "much closer"He signed the paper work and then left for a tdy for a month when he got back we had a super busy month so towards the end of august he gave her a call and asked if she had heard anything she said they haven't called her that she would let us know. It does not take 6 freaking months to say yes or no to a home loan we are either approved or we are not, but we need to know so we can move on rather than sit here and wait.

I have been very impressed with the new homes built by Ronald Ragon Realty. They built a new home for my daughter and son in law. The process was very easy and the home got built very quickly! Ronnie and Ragon were both very friendly and always stopped to speak with us anytime we stopped by to check on the progress of the new home being built.
