Overall Feedback:

When I started my new business, I wanted to make sure I have a very professional and clean looking brand, and I wanted to make sure I worked with a local Charleston based company that catered to small businesses. I, of course thought to myself, I will never find this! However I fortunately did and could not be happier. Rooted ID and Jennifer, took time to understand and help me understand my new developing consulting company. She walked me through the process, was very clear on milestones and pricing and customer service was great. The end products were incredible, we went with the full package, Logo, Website, Business cards, etc. and I have got nothing but compliments on all of them. If you are a small company looking for the same, Jennifer and Rooted ID is the right place for you!
