Client Review on Roughneck Graphics

This company took my money and did not complete my website application.On July 5, 2012, I entered into a contact with Roughneck Graphics to design and develop a website application. Per contact, the development process should have required five stages, which were to take place over an estimated twelve month period. Unfortunately, more than three years later, the project never passed Stage Three (Development Stage) and they have used deception to reassure me it would be completed. Furthermore, they tried asking for more money to complete the website. Why am I going to pay them again to complete the same work. I already paid them as agreed within the contract.
