Feedback:

Sometimes computer technicians are weird or make you feel like you're stupid for not knowing "basic" things about your equipment. This is not the case with Craig and his staff! They know their stuff, the shop is always full of new and interesting tech and best of all, I can go over there on my lunch break and STILL have time to eat afterword!
