Got here at 9:55 for a 10:00am scheduled test... here it is at 10:25am and I still haven't been admitted yet. Never been to a testing center this incompetent and slow before.

I didn't get good Vibes when I recently gave my certification exam here. The place seems like to run an office as well as a testing center. Management seems to be busy with their office work and I had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone representative to come attend me in order to write my certification.

I went to take an exam 8/9/2014.My first terminal did not work and I had to be moved to another terminal.My second terminal generated an error during my exam but allowed me to continue.The facility was hot. It was about 85 degrees in the room and I was the only test taker that morning. Apparently they turn off the AC on the weekends in the building. There was excessive noise coming from a room directly across from the testing room that was a constant distraction.This facility makes a copy of your identification and keeps it on file.I would not suggest this facility for any exam. I would recommend that Royal Technocrats invest in a better facility for testing, quieter rooms, and be respectful in concerns to my ID information.
