My experience with Robin and R & R Web Design LLC has been my best online experience ever. As an infopreneur I try to do as much on my own as possible. But from time to time we all need help with the hidden things that we don’t know or understand.Since being taken over and managed by Robin, my site has improved in all aspects. I have seen a considerable increase in reach and engagement, it is very mobile friendly, looks nicer, and loads much quicker. Previously, I would explain to my site manager what I wanted, then several days to weeks later I would receive a response that “it was done”. But was it? I didn’t know for sure. And often other things were done, or not done, without my knowledge at the previous manager's discretion.Now when I contact Robin, and I admit it usually when I have a problem, I hear back quickly. She explains what needs to be done in terms that I can understand and then goes to work immediately with a solution. I trust Robin to know what is best for my site and often say, “if you think it needs to be done, just do it”. But I also appreciate that when she does have a suggestion she contacts me to let me know and actually asks my permission. As far as I’m concerned she is the boss of the back end of my site, but, through her professionalism, common courtesy, and respect she makes me feel as though I am still in control.Thanks Robin, your knowledge, professionalism, vision, and commitment to my site has made me a lifelong supporter, friend, and customer. Robin is a pleasure to work with. We were getting errors on our website and and had read hundreds of ideas on how to fix it. Nothing worked though. Robin went into the backend of the website and after a brief troubleshooting, she had solved the problem and provided us the details as to how she fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone using WordPress. She is a very professional and great to work with!
