Bottom line: Only worth using if you're not super concerned with quality or getting your order on time. Unwilling to issue satisfactory refunds in spite of errors on their side.I placed my order on a Thursday morning and paid $10 extra to guarantee a 1-day turnaround. But the job wasn’t shipped until Tuesday, so it’s not going to make it in time for our event. Had to call their office because there was no order tracking available on the website (there’s also no print preview available).The customer service rep was helpful and apologetic, but said that a supervisor was only willing to refund the $10 and send us a 20% off coupon code. We won’t be using that code because the low prices are certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with a poor website experience and a non-existent refund policy.

Rush Flyers is terrific! This is my second order with them and I am always 110% happy with everything! The support, the product and of course the price! Lisa is AMAZING! She can help with whatever you need! She truly went out of her way to help me when I had issues. I wish every company had a Lisa! Rush Flyers has never come close to letting me down!!! Not ever!!! Most of my printing needs with Rush were last minute decisions on my part, due to the nature of my business. That being said, never once did Rush Flyers fail to meet their promised delivery date and time. I’ve been counting on Rush Flyers for about a decade, and have directed many people to them over those years, not one compliant to, or from me.Respect to all of you at Rush Flyers! Thank you!!!Monica deserves a medal for the sole fact of having to deal with me and my computer illiteracy...if Monica worked at every business I shopped at, this planet would be in much better shape!
