PLEASE do not waste your money. Our company paid for a functional SEO'd site, neither of which we received. What we did receive was a site that had a desktop score of 22! And to this day Stan still insist that the site was optimized! The only way to get anything done was to call him back many many times being as he doesn't know how to return a phone call, this makes getting issues taken care of quite difficult. Once he gets your money, he is rude, arrogant, and most importantly cannot deliver even a mediocre site much less one to be proud of.
