Sabre Tech managed a very large hardware roll-out for a manufacturing ERP/MES project that I was in charge of. The project consisted of replacing/upgrading much of the server and network infrastructure, as well as deploying a wireless network throughout the shop floor. Also, computer workstations were deployed at every machine. Their handling of the roll-out was flawless, and they proved to be a valuable partner in our systems migration. SabreTech continues to manage much of our day to day hardware and network support needs. I'd highly recommend them for any similar project.

I went to SabreTech to get my laptop's battery replaced, which I was told by a consultant there that it was an easy fix. Two days after dropping the laptop off I returned and the battery had not been successfully replaced. The consultants seemed confused, didn't have any answers for me, and told me the laptop was fried (when I plugged it into the wall and turned it on in front of them). I returned another two days later and they had successfully replaced the battery with no problem. I went to pay and they tried charging me $60 after they had told me the first day it would be $30. I felt that they were scamming me because as soon as I said something, the consultant had zero protest and charged me the original price of $30. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service quality, how long it took, and fact that they tried overcharging me.
