I have made online payment on 6th July for buying new Sag GST software on CA day offer and sent all the payment receipt and detail on mail. Now They didn't turn up on my mail and forgotten to send activation key. When I got free after all due dates and compliances, I called for activation key then the senior person is neglecting the deal as Registration was missing on CA day from his part. This type of Rigid policy has never ever been showing anywhere in such a tight competition where payment and detail is already dispatched but failed to register automatically. Being a Busy CA professional customer we need to do follow-up with them for all registration formalities and they don't maintain record of payment and mail. All are requested to be careful while buying or renewing new software from Saginfotech.
