If you’re looking for an exciting and challenging role in a dynamic, fun, and innovative agency Salsa Digital is the place for you. Alfred and the team at Salsa are always looking to stay ahead in the tech space to bring their clients best in class and innovative solutions to any challenge you present to them. They also care and look after their employees and are always thinking on improving the company as a team. I worked as a Senior Business Analyst in 2012 leading one of the most complex projects for the agency at the time, and this opportunity allowed me to learn, grow, and develop professionally. As with any company there are good things and challenges, but one of the things Salsa always does is listen, learn, and improve from the feedback their customers and employees provide.

Having just concluded a contract with Salsa Digital I would like to take this opportunity to call out what a great experience I had. Salsa Digital are lucky to have some exceptional people that care deeply about the work they deliver. The project that I worked on was to deliver an innovative, maybe even revolutionary, capability to local government. Delivery was managed in a highly professional manner and in close collaboration with the client. The end results met the high expectations and have laid a foundation for many exciting possibilities.

As someone who worked at Salsa Digital, I wanted to share my experiences with the company and the team. My role with Salsa initially started as a contractor, after I was contacted directly by the Managing Director, Con Fountas. Con is a diligent, sincere, and passionate leader who’s values and characteristics are shared by the skilled team of people who work there. I later decided to make the big move from Sydney to Melbourne to work at Salsa full-time for the opportunity to work alongside their talented, enterprise-grade, creative director, whom I admire greatly. Salsa have made government agencies their key specialty, and their technical knowledge within this industry greatly backs this up. I learnt a great deal while I was with Salsa and I wish them all the best in the future.

Salsa Digital took $10K of my money and DID NOT deliver. I ended up setting up the site after they used a $200 template. No response received from any of my letters, apart from initial acceptance they were 'in between project managers'. May have improved if they have project managers on board, but my experience lost me $10K, hours of time and gained me a lot of frustration ultimately designing the site by myself, despite paying for it.
