Trying to get copies of my papers sent to car insurance company. No one has done it in over a month. I've called several times. Get told they will fax them and then no one does. Really feeling disappointed .

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank attorney Sam, Mitchell. A few months back, I found myself in the position where I needed to change counsel for a multitude of reasons which I articulated to Sam. I won't go into it here. Unfortuanetly Sam couldnt take my case for geographical reasons. Sam would always return my calls, never said anything derogatory against my prior attorney and was very compassionate towards me and what I was enduring. He didn't know that most times when I called I had been crying for hours, thinking that I should just give up trying to find a new attorney for a case that was as old as mines. Instead he always cheered me on and told me not to give up. Because, I listened to that advice I eventually found a wonderful firm who picked up my case.I really think. No I know I would have given up had it not been for his encouraging words. It's totally my lose that we didn't get to work together, but I will forever be grateful to you for the kindness you showed towards me during the most difficult period of my life. If I could give you 100 stars, I'd do it with no hesitation. If anyone is ever in need of a thoughtful, kind, and sincere attorney I suggest giving Sam. Mitchell a call. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sam!!! I wishyou nothinv but the best. The world could certainly use more attorneys like you!
