Feedback:

We were scheduled to receive water once a month and they never came on their scheduled day and wouldn't even call to let us know they wouldn't be coming. We went almost two months before having to call for them to bring water. When we called to cancel our subscription I did not receive an apology and they didn't even try to get me to change my mind. After speaking to Vicki she assured me we would not be charged for the month of April since again, no one brought water on our scheduled day or for that entire month. We were still charged. They seem very disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a reverse osmosis system for my whole house. It turns out, I only needed a softener. The sales rep at Samantha Springs explained the differences, and I’m so glad went with the softener. It cost way less and it softens the water perfectly.

Water delivery is not predictable. This is the 2nd month in a row that we did not get our delivery. I called the office on April 26th about our scheduled delivery for April 19th that didn’t show. I was told we would get a delivery on Friday, April 27. It’s the 30th & still have not received our delivery & did not get a return phone call from the voice message I left about the issue.

Best spring water in Texas. I moved out of fort worth a few months back and I could no longer get water delivered to my house. So I called the company to see if I could find their water somewhere else. Sure enough, I found it at Walmart.Great water and a great company.

Poor service. We've been calling three times for water delivery since last week. We were told that they would deliver our water yesterday. Then, we called again today and they said we'll get it today. But, we haven't get our water until now (@8:35PM). We have to ran and bought bottled water to Costco just to get drinking water. Very disappointed!
