Be-careful when you go for an interview, the HR will call your previous company immediately in-front of you. Also, they will tell your company that you appeared for an interview over there. That means you will loose your current job with NO experience certificate but yes, you will definitely get a termination letter. I got the termination letter, next could be your turn.

You lose the whole darn interest when you hear that in order to join you'd need to submit your highest certificate for 9 months and every year you'd need to sign a bond --- such type of conditions from small-to-be-grown company like this...!
