Client Review on Sames Motor Company

I purchased my vehicle in March of 2018 the salesman told us it had several features that we liked. When we picked up our car it did not have the feature we wanted and it was missing the spare tire. They told me that they would order the tire for me. I went back and asked for my spare tire and they told me that they didn't know anything about it. They were rude and no customer service what so ever. My salesman dropped the ball and blamed someone else.
