My credit card information got stolen and the criminals bought over $200 of luggage here without my physical credit card or being required to show identification. Based on all other reviews I wonder if this is a legitimate business after all... No cooperation from Samsonite so far.

My father bought me a samsonite soft brief case for Christmas. Within a couple of months, it started coming apart at the handles. Less than a year it's all torn and ratty. It cost him around $100 bucks. I don't have the heart to tell him he wasted his money on overpriced chinese-made garbage. With a name like 'samson-ite', you'd expect it to be good quality and tough. Nothing could be further from the truth. Don't buy anything made by this group of scumbags, you'll just be wasting good money. P.S. I'd give this review 0 stars, but google makes you pick at least 1

I bought an American Tourister carry-on bag and after three international flights half of the zippers lost their zipper pulls. The only good thing about this piece of luggage is the fuchsia color. but if you have to struggle to unzip the bag the color is not going to help you.

They cancelled thousands online orders on Samsonite including mine during the sale without any explanation or apologies. On top of that, they held pending transaction on my credit card for 3 weeks! To add more insult, they spamming my email now. Horrible company.

DO NOT order anything from High Sierra. WORST customer service on the planet!!! They REFUSE to send me a refund for a misassembled backpack returned in original condition with tags still on. It was ordered on December 8th 2018. It is the end of February and still NO refund. Also be aware they do NOT pay for return shipping unless you sell your firstborn.. Rude Customer Service Rep.

Two pieces of Samsonite luggage where the wheels fell off. Taping and dragging through Europe 2015 and then New Orleans 2017. I wrote the company 3 times to report the product defective and to avoid this happening to others. Each time Samsonite sent a computer generated "thank you for contacting us" and I never heard another word. Before you buy their luggage know that the wheels can fall off and they don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. So many others to chose from. Buyer Beware. If it breaks they don't care

customer service gave me WRONG information, and still hasn't responded after several calls. Now Im stuck with product I don't need and samsonite hasn't sent any return labels....... for product that they said they canceled, but sent anyway

Dear SirsI sent a mail to your Honking Marketing Office and then 2 reminders regarding an enquiry I had for 2800pcs of Samsonite bags. However, to my utter dismay, no one responded to them.
