Client Review on Where Great Beer ~ Meets Great Food

Feedback:

We are not from the area and stopped here for dinner. Food took forever to arrive, they didn’t bring out the soup we ordered and we were gifted about 6-10 long curly red hairs with our salads. The server was nice about it and removed the meals from the bill but no one from management even acknowledged that we were dissatisfied. The manager, or bartender who was in charge for the shift, walked past us, apologized to another table for being ignored for 35 mins...but never stopped to address our hairy salads. Super disgusting, and clearly they didn’t care too much about it.
