Client Review on San Social Group

Feedback:

I hired The Social Group (Kyle and Jenna) in hopes to have a forward thinking marketing campaign designed and maintained for $4,000 a month to run FB ads, PPC and SEO. What I received after 1 month of working with them was: 1. A FB ad audience and FB ad conversion tracking that was incorrect and not setup properly to actually work. 2. An ad that was written poorly and was basically a knock off of an older ad that was in my FB Ads Manager already (including using the exact same picture of a previous ad) 3. Started off running $400 a day FB ad spend with all the above issues which cost me over $3,000 4. An SEO campaign that was never even started on my site. 5. A Google PPC campaign that was using the wrong terms that would never attract my target audience. I cancelled with them at the end of month 1 and later learned that they were still trying to charge my credit card without my permission for another $4,000 for month 2. Instead of "moving on" they are threatening to sue me now. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I do feel you should be aware of this if you are considering hiring The Social Group.
