I have Worked for two years in Sanchay Tech... The company has a bad habit of not giving last month salary to their employees. As i am the 7th victim of this company in this year. And now I am following them since last 3 months for my pending salary but even they are not responding properly. Sanchay Tech is a company which is good only for freshers and not for experienced professionals. In fact, it is not professional at all. Pls dont join Sanchay Tech. You will be wasting your time.The technology there is from Baba Azam ka jamana and the management is not going to change it anytime soon. They just want dhanda. They dont look at growing. If business is there it does not matter to them even if people are working in DOS. Only the good thing in this company is "Colleagues are very friendly and helpful"
