I had windows 7 professional installed at a price of $85 done in one day. Unfortunately windows contained some corrupt files that did not allow me to update it. This prevented me from downloading Microsoft office. It took me two days to get this resolved with three different Microsoft techs. However, I rated it three stars because my computer did at least start due to the previous windows that crashed every time I used it. I also never went back to ask if the issue could get resolved.

While the repair was affordable and and hiccup-free, Oscar not only clearly explained to me what needed to be replaced on my laptop (the memory/RAM), I also learned WHY it needed to be replaced. Great service. 5 stars
